Questions
Who counts as a person?
Anyone who was sent a check-in that month. Admins who only view results don’t count, and nor do people you’ve paused or removed.
Why is there a minimum?
On the Team plan the minimum is £29 a month, which covers up to 19 people. Above that you pay £1.50 for each person.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan has no time limit. Use it with up to 15 people for as long as you like, and upgrade when you need more.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. The Team plan is monthly, with no contract.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are shown without VAT, which is added at the standard UK rate.
